Singapore-based companies, including SMEs and start-ups, with at least 30% local shareholding and also meet the following attributes.

For SMEs:
  • Tech-centric/enabled company
  • Has commercialised products and/or services
  • Potential for differentiated value proposition
  • Available resource and clear intent for further innovation
For start-ups:
  • Post proof-of-value
  • Sufficient cashflow for over 12 months
  • Backed by institutional investor
