This Privacy Statement applies to the IPI website (http://www.ipi-singapore.org, the "Website"). This Privacy Statement sets out how we collect, use or disclose personal data that you have provided to us through the Website. By visiting the Website you are accepting and consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data described in this Privacy Statement.

WHAT WE COLLECT

IPI may use your Personal Data:

As some third parties may be located outside of Singapore, your Personal Data may be transferred out of Singapore from time to time. Third parties, with the exception of Government bodies, are subject to confidentiality obligations and may only use your Personal Data to perform the necessary functions and not for other purposes.

Should you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list, if your application is rejected or if you no longer work with IPI, please note that your Personal Data may still be retained on our database to the extent permitted by law.

We take reasonable measures to keep your Personal Data secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer for unauthorised access or loss of any data provided to the Website.

ACCESSING AND AMENDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You may review and amend your Personal Data at any time by signing into your user account and selecting “Update Profile” or equivalent, or by contacting our DPO.

You may also contact our DPO to withdraw your consent to our use of your Personal Data.

Please allow ten (10) working days for your request to be processed.
