About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Innovation Advisory Department at IPI, you will act as the bridge between these enterprises and our pool of Innovation Advisors, to design the advisory to be rendered that will help drive business growth and differentiation.

Business Development and Client Engagement:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract potential clients.
- Assess client business needs and propose tailored solutions using IPI's suite of services.
- Manage stakeholders, including partners, clients, and Innovation Advisors.
- Work with Innovation Advisors to strategise and plan the engagement process with potential companies, and to scope out the opportunities and deliverables for each project
- Manage and drive the progress of innovation projects to ensure milestones and deliverables are adhered to, and to resolve issues and challenges related to the project
- Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional projects.
Innovation Advisor Network:
- Manage Innovation Advisors to ensure their engagement and motivation.
- Identify and onboard potential Innovation Advisors.
- Identify and onboard new enterprise projects that align with Innovation Advisors’ expertise
Branding and Marketing:
- Execute partnership strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Contribute to the development of marketing content.
- Work with stakeholders on marketing modalities, content, and participation levels.
Internal Initiatives:
- Contribute to and support internal initiatives focused on operational excellence and efficiency.
