With two decades of expertise in food, nutrition, and agricultural research and education, Dr Heng Kiang Soon is at the forefront of sustainable food innovation. As a nutrition scientist, his research focuses on food waste valorisation for both food and agricultural applications, alongside the development of functional foods from sustainable sources. His groundbreaking research and consultancy work have been widely embraced by the industry, translating science into real-world impact.
