IPI is pleased to announce several key role changes and new appointments to enhance our team and support our ongoing mission to drive innovation and enterprise growth.
Michael Goh – Chief Operating Officer
Michael Goh serves as the Chief Operating Officer at IPI and has been with IPI since its inception in 2011. As COO, he ensures operational efficiency and compliance, while fostering strong client relationships and driving talent development within IPI. In addition, Michael provides strategic guidance to the Innovation Advisory team to engage a diverse clientele tailored to drive innovation and impactful growth for IPI's clients. He continues to oversee the Digital Platform function which drives digital transformation initiatives, to optimise IPI's operations and client engagements.
Alvin How – Chief Technology Officer
Alvin How has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at IPI. Alvin has been with IPI since 2014 and has held various roles, most recently as the Director of Strategy, Marketing & Communications. In his current role, he leads a multidisciplinary team of innovation managers, driving the adoption of new technologies that enable enterprises to bring innovative products and services to market.
Jeremy Lee – Director, Marketing & Communications, Partnerships
Jeremy Lee joins IPI as the Director of Marketing & Communications, Partnerships. With over 30 years of experience, Jeremy brings a deep understanding of digital transformation, eCommerce, customer experience, and innovation across various industries. He will focus on enhancing IPI's outreach and partnership efforts.
Goh Siong Teck – Deputy Head, Innovation Advisory
Goh Siong Teck has been appointed as Deputy Head, Innovation Advisory. Previously, Siong Teck led the Innovation & Technology cluster, focusing on the Manufacturing, Infocomm, and Built Environment domains. In his new role, he will work with a team that connects enterprises with IPI’s Innovation Advisors, providing valuable insights and coaching to help businesses scale through product development and strategic execution.
Steven Lee – Acting Cluster Head, Innovation & Technology
Steven Lee is the newly appointed Acting Cluster Head of Innovation & Technology, where he oversees the Sustainability, Energy, Materials, and Chemicals domains. He will also oversee IPI’s Open Innovation Programme. Before this, Steven focused on uncovering technologies and business opportunities in the energy and environment sectors.
These leadership appointments and role changes reflect IPI’s dedication to fostering innovation and collaboration. We look forward to the significant contributions Michael, Alvin, Jeremy, Siong Teck and Steven will bring to their new roles.
