The France Singapore Innovation Days (FSID), in its sixth year, was held on 11 to 13 November 2015 in Singapore. Targeting on the areas of Internet of Things (IoT), (Machine to Machine) M2M solutions and Robotics, the event featured startups from France which showcased their technologies in these areas. Three thematic workshops dedicated to French IoT & robotics technologies for Singapore's Smart Nation as well as opportunities in the regions of Lille and Lyon were also introduced in a one-day seminar on the third day. The event brought together over 250 attendees.
Some of the featured technologies included the following:
• Dibotics – An intelligent robotics company that enables mobile autonomy, advanced 3D perception and situation awareness.
• Rolkers – Rollers for the non-skater, for easy use in the smart city.
• Apilinx – An innovative mobile and web-based platform to educate people about wellness and healthy living with fun and rewards.
• Sigfox - A global cellular connectivity solution for the IoT, dedicated to low-throughput communications.
