Shivani Saini is the Global Vice President, Digital and Tech for Business Units for Haleon, a world leading consumer health care company. She is responsible for digital and technology strategy and execution for all 150+ markets globally.
Shivani has been in technology for over 25 years, with 7 years at Haleon/GSK Consumer Healthcare and 19 years at Procter & Gamble. At GSK, she started as Head of Tech Asia Pacific and progressed to Global Product Head for Customer and Consumer Tech. At P&G, Shivani spent 9 years in Japan as Digital Marketing IT, 7 years in Belgium in Supply Chain Planning IT, and 3 years in Singapore as Japan CIO.
Shivani has experience living in 5 countries (India, US, Japan, Belgium & Singapore) and leading multicultural and diverse businesses.
In 2002, she invented an app for menstrual wellbeing and a personalised digital product for new mothers and owns a global patent on it. Since then, she has pioneered digital programs which took her company from selling not only products to providing services and experiences. Today she leads teams to scale tech products, platforms and devices for pain, oral and respiratory health.
While Shivani has been in tech for most of her career, she has experience in marketing and managing P&L, giving her an acute sense of topline and bottom-line growth. Shei has been a top leader to bring capabilities with data, analytics with AI/ML/NLP and image recognition to drive productivity and growth. She was awarded the Global Data Power Woman award by the CDO Magazine in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Shivani has a track record of developing high performing and engaged teams. She is passionate in developing leaders to help unlock their full potential. Shivani sponsors Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs for tech globally and is also a member of Haleon DEI council.
