He leverages his deep expertise in digital strategy, customer engagement, implementation, and growth to deliver transformative results across complex, multi-regional engagements.
At Coca-Cola, Chee Yin led the APAC IT COE Customer & Commercial Leadership team, providing thought leadership, driving sustainable growth with the bottlers through Digital Transformation, simplifying eCommerce, SFA, IoT, Route-to-Market, right execution and analytic solutions across APAC (Oceania, Japan, India, Greater China, ASEAN).
During his 18-year tenure at Cerebos Pacific Ltd, Chee Yin played a pivotal role in shaping Group IT and Group Digital Innovation. He architected and implemented Cerebos Vision 2020 Digital & Technology Transformation masterplan in 2009, scaled across the Group in South East Asia that consolidated and integrated frictionless business processes, governance, policies, compliance, business continuity, enterprise-wide solutions and infrastructure. He also pioneered the newly created Group Digital Innovation function from scratch, driving digital strategy, engagement, solution implementation and business growth for the health-supplement division.
