Through co-creation and co-development opportunities, the Nordics strong technologies in pushing green buildings, energy efficiency, climate adaption, low carbon footprints and circular solutions can enable Singapore to reach its goals in the Singapore Green Building Masterplan and Singapore Green Plan 2030, a green movement to advance the nation’s agenda on sustainable development and actions to tackle climate change. 

This November, in partnership with IPI and Enterprise SingaporeNordic Innovation House Singapore presents 11 selected Nordic technology companies that are seeking new market opportunities under the smart & sustainable cities sector, in Singapore and Southeast Asia. They will be showcasing their innovations which are ready to address challenges in property maintenance, built environment (eg. air, water, energy, lighting) management and monitoring, smart building automation, digital twins, IoT sensors, and many more. Summary of the 11 Selected Nordic Companies

Entos –

Develops intelligent ventilation optimisation unit which is easy to install on any rooftop fan or HVAC unit. The unit measures up to 7 values from the air exiting the building and adjusts the ventilation accordingly.


Provides state-of-the-art solutions in environmental and sustainable technologies. Water, waste, air and bioenergy solutions, e.g., compact biogas unit and membrane bioreactor based biological waste-water treatment system integrated with solar panels.

Helvar –
Helvar provides state of the art networked professional grade wired and wireless lighting control systems, including digital and field services. The systems provide wellbeing, energy management and actionable insights. With the AI platform, it can integrate and interact with other systems within the Smart Building. 
SmartWatcher –
An IoT company that is providing high quality and real-time indoor air quality monitoring to global customers. Its technology consists of a set of sensors in one compact package and our own developed analytical and easy to use dashboard.
MeshWorks Wireless –
FeelPlace3D Digital Twin of a smart building used in a web browser to visualise and analyse IoT sensors. FeelPlace IoT data can also be used for AI input for Smart Building Automation control.
Xortec –
Data for sale! Self-developed, environmental friendly IoT devices. Lightning-fast databases. Data analysis using Artificial Intelligence and machine learning. Integratable to any platform. Thanks for our insightful implementation of mixed radio technologies real-world data has never been this affordable.
Haltian –
Haltian IoT services include the Empathic Building digital twin service for smart buildings, and Thingsee, the proven IoT technology platform that enables faster IoT launches for mass-scale deployments. Haltian also provides world-class New Product Development Services to help companies get their product from an idea to a ready product.
Aneo Software –
Develops ANEO Zero CMMS, a cloud-based maintenance management system (CMMS) for enterprise asset management and delivers it to customers as a software service via data network (cloud service). Users need smartphones or other mobile devices or computers to access the system.
Spacehub –
Spacehub is Uber for meetings and workspaces. Sound isolated work and meeting pods in cities key locations next to best services. App with finding, booking, unlocking and paying for the on-demand space rental.
Institute for Energy Technology (IFE) – 
IFE represents the My Digital City program (MDC) which is a Penta helix consortium consisting of the city of Halden (Halden municipality), two research organizations (IFE, Smart Innovation Norway), Østfold University College, and local businesses and start-ups. MDC does not offer any solutions, services or platforms, but can facilitate contact with the business community associated with MDC.
Sensative –
Sensative is a technology and innovation leading company that leverages the Internet of Things (IoT) for cities and commercial property markets, empowering people with smart technology.
